The NSW Small Business Commission (the Commission) conducts regular one-on-one engagements with small businesses and their representatives as part of the Business Insights Initiative (BII).
The BII supports the Commission to identify emerging opportunities and challenges affecting small businesses in NSW.
As a representative of small businesses, we are inviting you to speak with the Commission to discuss your experiences and observations about the business environment.
- Session duration: 50 minutes
- Location: Sessions are conducted virtually via MS Teams. Details on how to join the meeting will be sent in a following email after selecting a date and time.

Will I remain anonymous?
The insights collected will remain anonymous – your name/business won’t be published or passed on to any other organisation. For more information on how we use and store data, please look at our privacy policy by clicking here. The Commission may share overall findings with other parties. Where this occurs, it will be done in a way that does not identify you or any organisation you represent (unless your permission is provided).
