New mediation panel appointed

The NSW Small Business Commissioner confirms new mediation panel, commencing in July 2024.     

Our mediation panel assists the Commission in providing high quality, confidential and timely mediation services.  These mediation services assist small businesses, landlords and other parties to resolve business and leasing disputes, avoiding lengthy and costly court action.    

Our mediation panel includes members from all over NSW, with the majority of our mediators being small business owners. All mediators are nationally accredited. 

“Mediation support provided by the Commission has and continues to resolve the majority of disputes registered with my office.  I recommend the service to all small businesses,” said NSW Small Business Commissioner, Chris Lamont.
