Husband and wife team Todd and Jenny Raffen have a real passion for their community and providing opportunities for young people.
Together they built Almighty Industries into a thriving manufacturing business employing over 50 people in the booming central west town of Orange. The business supplies customised vehicles to the mining industry and local and state government agencies.
