It goes largely unseen by most Australians, but there is a vast and complex cold storage and transport network across the country that many small businesses rely on to send and receive perishable food and supplies.  From the milk in your morning coffee to medical supplies and agricultural produce, they all rely on a fast, efficient and reliable cold chain.

Chris speaks with Marianne Kintzel, head of the Refrigerated Warehouse and Transport Association of Australia about how the system operates and some of the challenges it is facing amid rising costs and supply shortages.
