Reminder: Have your say on your experiences with regulation

The NSW Small Business Commissioner encourages small businesses to contribute feedback as part of the recently announced Review of small business experiences with regulatory policymaking.

The review will examine the experiences of small businesses as key stakeholders when new legislation, regulations, rules and other requirements are being developed. 

As part of the review, the Commission is seeking feedback from small businesses, industry groups, peak bodies and other stakeholders. There are different ways to contribute feedback, including through an online survey as well as written submissions to the Discussion Paper.  

Feedback received will inform the review which will make findings and recommendations about ways to improve outcomes for small businesses.
